Return and Refunds Policy

At Mavros, your satisfaction is our priority. Since each product is made to order, we encourage you to review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Note: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose between:
    • Replacement of the product, or
    • Refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (not due to transit or manufacturing defect).
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at  support@mavros.shop with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and share the return address.
  3. After verification, we will process your replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch (within 12 hours of placing the order).
  • Once an order is prepared, it cannot be cancelled.
