Refund policy
At Mavros, your satisfaction is our priority. Because each product is made to order, we accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept a return when all of the following are true:

The item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.
How to Initiate a Return
Email support@mavros.in with:

Order ID and delivery date

2–4 photos/videos showing the issue, plus a photo of the outer package and shipping label
We’ll review and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Resolution Options
If your return is approved, you can choose:

Replacement (subject to availability), or
-
Refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping

For approved cases, we provide a prepaid pickup/label or reimburse return shipping.

Unsolicited returns (items sent without approval) will be refused.
Refund Processing

Refunds (when applicable) are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected (or after approval if a physical return isn’t required).

Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. Please select replacement or refund if your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to transit/manufacturing defect)

Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Clearance/discounted items (if marked final sale)
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been processed for dispatch.
- Once an order is prepared, it cannot be cancelled.
